That's me, on the right, with my pride and joy - my sausage dog, Haddie. On my desk is a sign which says "I work hard so my dog can have a better life".
Throughout my professional career, I have honed my skills of precision, organisation and attention to detail. These have come in very useful through roles working in homelessness, mental health services and in the political world.
So too have my ability to problem solve, construct & amend processes to fit the situation and build capacity whilst maximising efficiency within a small team. These have been particularly useful in my own political career as a councillor and Cabinet Member, as well as in running an office as Chief of Staff to a Member of Parliament.
Now I would like to share these skills and the knowledge I have built up over the last decade or so to support you, your business or your team to work smarter, build your capacity and maximise your own success.
